We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and your experience with us. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we honor 7 days return policy for all non-used, non-altered products except items that are specified as a FINAL SALE.

Mistake or Faulty Claims

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Quality control inspections are performed before the product is shipped.

General Return Policy

NOTE: Under no circumstance should the wig or hair extension be altered (such as cutting or ripping the lace) or be worn by the buyer. If the item (wig or hair extension) has been altered or has been worn, then you have indicated that you will be keeping the item and we WILL NOT be able to accept a return.

Items must be sent back  ( postmarked shipped ) within 7 calendar days from the day of delivery in new condition. Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and be odor-free, repackaged in the same manner as received. We do not provide return labels for returning items.

    • Up to 3 items per order are allowed for returns.
    • All accessories, chemical products, makeup and clearance sale items, and bulk order items are FINAL SALE.
    • If you are located outside the U.S., you are responsible for any taxes, duties, and processing fees incurred because of returning or refusing package acceptance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Returns are subject to restocking fees of 20% of the purchase price.
  • Promotional free items of the product being returned must also be sent back; otherwise, the retail value will be charged.
  • Discounts from promotions and the carrier’s shipping cost will be deducted from the returned item(s). If you return any items from an order that received FREE SHIPPING, FLAT RATE SHIPPING the carrier cost that shophairwigs.com covered will be reversed and deducted from your return.
  • The refund value for returned items purchased using any type of promotion item(s), discount code, or coupon will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift, discount, or promotion that was used for the original purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • FINAL SALE items
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage, any hair that is burned or missing hairpieces, and any hair that is missing the outside package.

Undeliverable & Refused Package

Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without ShopHairWigs.com's consent and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be deducted from any applicable refund amount. Occasionally packages are returned to SHOPHAIRWIGS as undeliverable for a variety of reasons. For undeliverable packages we can issue a refund for the order price or discuss reshipment options, depending upon the reason for the package being returned. Please note that if the reason for the returned package was not the fault of ShopHairWigs shipping, a reshipped order with address correction is subject to a charge for the cost of shipping to send that order out again. If it was shipped by FedEx, often there will be Return to Sender fee that FedEx charges from ShopHairWigs that will be added to redelivery or deducted from refund depending on the case.
