We ship out over 80% of our orders within a 24 hour business time frame. Orders must be placed by 3 P.M. central time for the order to ship within 24 hours and items need to be in stock.

However, some items must be ordered from our manufacturers and it may take a few days to obtain these items. If shipped through regular UPS ground and USPS orders, you will not be notified if the items is delayed more than 7 business days.

In some occasions we are unable to get items from the manufacturer due to them being on back order we will contact you within 7 business days to let you know. At that time you may choose to receive an avaialble color/item.

If you need the items before or on a Specific date please call or email us with your order number and we can check the order for you.

For both UPS and USPS ground shipping options, we will sometime be required to change the shipping from one to another to the most efficient shipping method depending on various factors such as what kind of address you are shipping your items to and what is in your order.

UPS (United Parcel Service)

When you calculate the UPS delivery days, exclude the day that the item was shipped.


UPS only operates Mon-Fri there are NO deliveries made on Saturday or Sunday.

  • Delivery takes approx. 2-6 working business days for UPS Ground
  • You need to provide company name in order to use the UPS Commercial service.
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 Day Select items are delivered by the 3rd business day after the mailing date.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: Items are delivered by the Next business day from the day the order is shipped.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed on -time delivery by the end of the second business day to all 50 states.
  • Address correction charge: UPS charges an address correction fee for having the wrong address since they need to redirect the shipped package. As a result, we charge the amount charged by UPS plus a 60 cents finance fee for providing the wrong address. Please proofread before confirming your order.
  • We will charge an additional $3 for delivery made to a UPS Residential area even though you have selected a UPS Commercial area because there is a UPS surcharge for Selecting the wrong area.

  • For orders shipped via UPS Next day Air Saver, 2nd day air, or 3 Day Select, orders Must be submitted no later than 10:30AM in order to have it processed and shipped the same day.

    •  UPS Worldwide Expedited: All UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipments will receive 30% off the standard real-time UPS rate for Worldwide Expedited. It takes about 3-6 business days for the package to arrive.

In some rare cases additional charges such as services, agencies, or brokerage fees are associated with your deliveries, and these are charged by local agents.     • Returned UPS packages: Since UPS charges for returned packages, we will charge you for returns if packages are returned due to refusal, wrong address or unavailability after 3 attempts.

    • APO, FPO is applied domestic rate.
    • We do not send by Parcel Post to US mainland.
    • USPS Priority Mail: Usually takes 1-3 days in transit. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed.



    Foreign Orders

    You will be liable for any taxes and duties (e.g. VAT, custom duty, etc.) that apply to your purchase. In some rare cases additional charges such as services, agencies, or brokerage fees are associated with your deliveries, and these are charged by local agents.     • Minimum order is $20 except APO & FPO, which are regarded as domestic orders.
    • We reserve the right to change shipping methods depending on the most efficient shipping method and other factors
    • Postal Priority Mail International: Delivery within 6-10 days business days on average. This is not time guaranteed delivery. Tracking information is available through www.usps.com. Tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address upon your request via e-mail address at [email protected] or contact us.
    • Customers outside the US and its territories are responsible to find out about restrictions & prohibitions of your own country about certain items or ingredients. Because each country has different restrictions & prohibitions about import, we just send your order under your responsibility.
    • Also, customers outside the US and its territories are responsible for customs & duties if any apply.


     
    Claim or Delay of Orders

    Before emailing us, please double check your shipping address.
    Once we ship out the package, the speed of delivery totally depends on the US Postal Service and other Carriers in each country.

    • APO/FPO : Delivery will be received in 5-15 business days on average after the item has been shipped, but it may take up to 2 months in very rare instances. If you do not receive your order, please email us 30 days after receiving notification of shipment. We can then file a claim with the US Postal Service. However USPS regulation allows the investigation of the filing of the package after 75 days of shipment ("Claim may not be filed until 75days or more after date of mailing." from USPS form 1000) and it may take up to 8-16 weeks to receive new of its status. As soon as we hear from USPS, We will notify you by email.
    • Postal Priority Mail International: If you do not receive your order after shipment 5-6 weeks, email us for investigation. USPS will initiate the investigation after 37 days of shipment.
    • It will take 12-16 weeks to have the investigating result of Postal Priority Mail International (6-10 days delivery) from US Postal Office. We will refund you in full after 16 weeks of investigation filing if we do not hear from US Postal Office at all. Or we will refund you right after the investigation result is released from US Postal Office.


    We will ship your order as the shipping method you have selected.

    If a package weighs over 50 pounds (22.7 kg) the Postal Priority Mail International (6-10 days delivery) rate will be recalculated after the order has been processed and we will send you a new rate for shipping which you will confirm. However, UPS Worldwide Expedited will automatically calculate the rate for any shipping weight.

    If a shipping address is found to be incorrect, the customer will be charged an additional shipping correction fee.

    You are responsible for charges incurred by the refusal or return of package by providing the wrong address. The charges are comprised of sending and returning shipping fees, taxes and duties, and carrier's processing fees.

    Undeliverable, Refused Packages

    Any order returned to our facility without previous authorization from ShopHairWigs.com (ie. unauthorized returns, refused packages, incorrect address, etc...) will be treated as a return.

    Order will be canceled and all fees (including but not limited to additional shipping costs and/or re-stocking fees Will Apply.)

    as soon as possible as we do have a time frame to set up claims and or investigations with our mail carriers. We unfortunately cannot guarantee any results for deliveries after package has been delivered for more than 30 days from when you claim. Unfortunately we have a time frame that we cannot overlook and if the package shows to have been delivered more than 30 days ago we cannot assure a claim can be set up with the carriers.

    If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order before finalizing your order.
