All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery. All exchanges or returns must be received within 10 days from the authorization date. The refusal of accepting the delivery will be regarded as return.

All the returning merchandise must be in its original sellable condition with its original package including all of its contents.
Otherwise, your return cannot be accepted for a refund, and therefore you will be responsible for all shipping fees to occur, including sending the package back to you. We cannot refund any and all shipping/handling costs. If you refuse to be responsible for the shipping fee, we will dispose of the returned package and you will not be offered a refund.

For electronic appliances or goods, we are not responsible for malfunctions or defects of the unit after 24 days of the delivered date. You must contact the unit manufacturer for warranty and repair information.

Non-Returnable Items
Discontinued items, Clearance items, Special sale items, Special Orders. These items can be identified with hyphens at the beginning of the name such as dis-, sale-, b1g1. They can also be distinguished by having hard brackets at the end of the name such as [S], [D], [C] or any other letters. Another way these items can be distinguished on the item page is under the item# and above the price there will be a "Promo: X " depending on what kind of promotion that item has. We are not responsible for malfunction or manufacturer defects of electronic appliances or merchandise after 24 days from the date of delivery, after which you must contact the manufacturer for warranty and repairs.
All lace hairs that contain lace including all liquid and tape adhesives can only be exchanged for other lace items of similar value. They cannot be returned by for refunds.
Magazines, Make-Up products, Hair/facial products, Videos, DVDs, comb attachments, combs/brushes, foam heads and mannequins.
Any product that exhibits physical damage, any hair that is burned or missing hair pieces, and any hair that is missing the outside package.

If a customer is experiencing dissatisfaction with product quality past the 7 day time limit or after the item has been worn or used, we suggest that the customer contacts the manufacturer of the product. Any problem that occurs after the 7 day time limit or after the product has been installed is a sign of quality dissatisfaction and since Shophairwigs is not the maker of the product, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, the customer will have to contact the brand label.

For all exchanges the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us as well as the shipping cost to ship out the exchange item

For a return of an international order or refusal of a package, you are responsible for the sending and returning shipping rate. Also, you are responsible for any taxes and duties and process fees provided by customs through these transactions, which may be incurred by the returning or refusing of a package.

ALL exchanges are FINAL sales. They can not be returned or exchanged.

We do not refund or accept returns for magazine, Video, DVD, foam heads and manequins, chemicals (hair coloring items and developers).

We have right to refuse the returning merchandise if we suspect the returned merchandise has been used already.

We do not accept returns for discontinued items, clearance items, special orders or wholesale transactions.

Return of Free Shipped Items

  • If you return any items from an order that received Free Shipping, the original cost of the shipping associated with the returned items will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was a result of our own error.

20% Restocking fee Applied items

    10-20% Restocking fee Applied items

    • A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied for all items $0.00-$49.99.
    • A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied for all items $50.00-$99.99.
    • A 10% Restocking fee will be applied for all items $100.00 and up.

      By requesting for an exchange, you are agreeing to be responsible for any extra fees that may occur to process the exchange. It is your responsibility to be aware of the extra fees in the exchange process as you will not be notified.

      If we do not hear from you either by email or phone within 30 days after we receive your return, we will not be responsible for the item and it will be disposed of after 30 days.


      Undeliverable & Refused Packages

      •  Any order returned to our facility without previous authorization from (ie. unauthorized returns, refused packages, incorrect address, etc...) will be treated as a return.

    Orders can be canceled and all fees (including but not limited to additional shipping costs and/or re-stocking fees will be applied.)

    If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable you will be charged a penalty that may include, but is not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order and shipping information before finalizing.

    1stColor & 2ndColor Choices:
    2nd ColorChoice: If 1st Color Choice is out of stock, the 2nd Color Choice will be sent. Some colors have an additional cost that does not appear in the 2nd Color Choice options list. If the 2nd Color Choice is more or less expensive than the 1St Color Choice we will charge or credit your account accordingly. The prices listed for each color in the 1st Color Choice options list are the prices that apply to the 2nd Color Choice.
